Kitbashed Bachmann On30" Passenger Cars

I have always liked the old Walthers O scale Sierra passenger cars
and wanted to mimic them in On30".

I started with a Bachmann combine and an observation.  Both roofs
were cut down to 10 windows. Then the observation body was cut down to 10 windows per side to match the roof. Lastly the chassis was cut to fit the body.
On the combine, the freight door section along with the ends were retained and the rest of the body discarded. New sides were made out of scribed styrene.
I went crazy on the paint: black roof, metallic blue body, yellow interior;
 the end railings were not painted.
