Shorty Caboose

The idea here was to build a caboose from an old boxcar, thus the side and end doors. Grandt Line windows have been installed with masking tape used for curtains. The door hangers are from a Quality Craft EBT boxcar kit. Corner braces are paper, grab irons are staples. Trucks and couplers are Kadee. The red lights are scratchbuilt from brass tubing. The stack is a casting stuck into a piece of brass. The siding is wood and the roof is styrene. The lettering on the door is "BAR G" and under the left window is a faded "5".
